When does online check-in open?
Online check-in opens 72 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes before take-off.
How much hand luggage can I bring?
Every fare includes one small personal item. Classic and Flex add an 8 kg cabin bag.
Can I change my flight?
Flex fares rebook free of charge. On Lite and Classic you pay a change fee plus any fare difference.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
We'll notify you by email and SMS and offer rebooking. Depending on the circumstances you may be entitled to compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004.
Can I travel with my pet?
Dogs and cats up to 8 kg including carrier may travel in the cabin on most routes. Book early—space is limited.
How do I request special assistance?
Add assistance in Manage Booking at least 48 hours before departure, or contact our service team.
