Winter 2025/26: city lights, mountain air and winter sun

Our winter 2025/26 timetable adds extra frequencies on popular routes for Advent weekends, ski holidays and escapes to milder places.

The shape of the season

From late October 2025 to late March 2026, our schedule follows the rhythm of winter travel. Short city breaks dominate November and early December, holiday travel peaks around Christmas and New Year, and ski and winter-sun trips carry us through to spring.

As always, all flights are on our existing network. Where demand is high, we add extra frequencies, and where it is quieter, we keep a dependable core schedule.

Advent and the holidays

Vienna and Prague are perennial favourites for Christmas markets and concerts, and both get extra weekend frequencies through Advent. Munich and Berlin are well served too. If you are visiting family, look out for extra rotations to Dublin, London Heathrow and Amsterdam in the second half of December.

New Year city breaks are increasingly popular, with Lisbon, Barcelona and Rome all offering a festive atmosphere without deep winter temperatures.

Concerts, opera and ballet are a big part of the festive season in Vienna and Prague, and tickets for popular dates sell out early. If you are building a trip around a performance, it makes sense to secure your tickets first and then book your flights and hotel around them.

Into the mountains

Zurich, Munich and Vienna are our main gateways to the Alps. Schedules to these airports are strengthened around school holiday weeks in February. Add skis or a snowboard as sports equipment in Manage Booking, and remember that a Flex fare includes two 23 kg checked bags, useful when you are carrying winter clothing.

Winter sun

Faro, Palma, Lisbon and Athens all keep a regular winter schedule. They are great for walking, cycling, golf and simply sitting in the sun with a coffee. Hotels are often quieter and better value than in summer, which makes a Flight + Hotel package especially appealing.

Mountain weather can change quickly, so leave some slack in your plans on travel days and keep notifications switched on in the app for any schedule updates.

Good to know

  • Book February ski weeks early, as school holiday flights fill quickly.
  • Pack a warm layer even for winter sun; evenings are fresh.
  • Consider Flex if you are carrying bulky winter luggage.
