One flight, three ways to fly
When you search for a flight with us, you will see the same departure offered as Lite, Classic and Flex. The aircraft, the crew and the cabin are identical. What changes is how much you can bring, how much choice you have about your seat, and how much flexibility you keep if your plans move.
We built the fares this way so you only pay for what you actually use. A weekend away with a small backpack needs something very different from a two-week family holiday or a business trip that might shift at short notice.
Lite: travel light, pay less
Lite is our simplest fare. It includes one personal item that fits under the seat in front of you, up to 40 x 30 x 20 cm. Think of a small backpack, a laptop bag or a handbag. Your seat is assigned when you check in, so you will not be able to choose it in advance unless you add a seat in Manage Booking.
Lite works best for short city breaks, solo trips and anyone who is happy to pack a few essentials. If you change your mind later, you can still add a cabin bag for 12 euros or a checked bag for 29 euros online, which is much cheaper than paying at the airport.
Classic: the everyday all-rounder
Classic adds an 8 kg cabin bag on top of your personal item, plus one 23 kg checked bag. You can choose a standard seat when you book, and you board with priority, which means more time to settle in and find space in the overhead lockers.
For most holidays this is the fare we recommend. Once you have added a cabin bag and a checked bag to a Lite fare, Classic is often the simpler choice, and it comes with seat selection and priority boarding built in.
Flex: maximum freedom
Flex is designed for travellers whose plans are not set in stone. It includes two 23 kg checked bags and any seat on the aircraft, including extra legroom rows. You can rebook or cancel for a refund free of charge up to 24 hours before departure.
On the ground, Flex gives you fast lane security where available and lounge access before your flight. It is popular with business travellers, but also with anyone travelling with lots of luggage or booking well ahead of a trip that might change.
Changing your mind later
If you booked Lite or Classic and later realise you need more, you can upgrade your fare in Manage Booking, subject to availability. It is also where you add individual extras such as bags, sports equipment or a specific seat, so you can fine-tune your booking right up until check-in.
Good to know
- Add bags online rather than at the airport: a checked bag costs 29 euros online and 49 euros at the desk.
- Measure your personal item before a Lite trip; 40 x 30 x 20 cm is the limit.
- If you think your dates might move, Flex lets you rebook or refund up to 24 hours before departure.
