Travel day, simplified
The AeroVista app started as a place to keep your boarding pass. Today it does much more, and the two features we are most often asked about are notifications and rebooking. Both are designed for the moments when you need information quickly and do not want to wait in line.
To get the most out of them, add your booking to the app and allow notifications when prompted.
Notifications that actually help
The app sends real-time alerts for the things that matter on travel day: check-in opening, gate assignments, gate changes, boarding times and any change to your departure time. If you are already at the airport, a gate change alert can save a long walk in the wrong direction.
We have tried to keep alerts useful rather than noisy. You will not get a message for every small update, only when there is something you should know or act on.
Notifications go to every device where you have added the booking, so a travel companion can follow the same updates if they add the trip too.
Rebooking in a few taps
If your flight is cancelled or significantly disrupted, the app shows you alternative flights as soon as they are available. You can pick the option that suits you best and confirm it directly, and your new boarding pass appears when check-in is open.
You can also use the app to rebook voluntarily if your plans change. On Flex fares this is free up to 24 hours before departure; on other fares, the app shows any difference in price before you confirm.
Help when you need it
If something is not straightforward, the live chat in the app is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our team can see your booking details, so there is no need to repeat everything. For those who prefer to talk, our phone service is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00 CET.
Good to know
- Turn on notifications for the app before your travel day.
- Use in-app rebooking during disruption; it is usually quicker than the transfer desk.
- Keep the app updated to get the newest features.
